Peppermint Leaf

Medicinal Properties: may support upper respiratory infections, nausea, motion sickness, gas, digestive disorders, chronic inflammation, diarrhea, and constipation.
Suggested Use: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 ½ teaspoons of peppermint leaves. Cover. Steep 5-10 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!
