Medicinal Properties: may support diarrhea and strengthening longitudinal muscles of the uterus to support contraction force in labor (not advised to consume before 32 weeks of pregnancy)

Suggested Use: pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of Red Raspberry Leaf. Cover. Steep 5-10 minutes. Strain. Enjoy!

Pregnancy Support: 1 teaspoon per ¾ cup of water, steep 5-6 minute. Drink once a day after week 32
